<p>在飞机上，当氧气面罩从头顶面板落下时，指示总是相同的：先戴好自己的面罩，再帮助旁边的人。这感觉不对，尤其是当那个人是你的孩子时。你的本能会告诉你先去扶他们。.</p>
<p>但科学证据是明确的。在 35,000 英尺的高度，如果没有加压，你大约有 <strong><sup>1</sup></strong>在缺氧——氧气剥夺——发生前，有 15 到 20 秒的清醒时间。这会悄无声息地发生。你可能感觉一切正常，直到你再也动不了。如果你花那几秒钟笨拙地去戴孩子的面罩，你会在完成之前失去意识。现在你们两人都没有氧气了。.</p>
<p>先戴好您自己的面罩——这只需要三到五秒钟——这样您就能保持清醒、镇定，并能够帮助他人。这是少数几种情况之一，在这种情况下，优先考虑自己无疑是最有爱心的做法。.</p>

<h4><strong>关爱自闭症成年人：轮流，有意识地</strong></h4>
<p>照顾孩子不一定非要一个人承担。有些夫妻会分担时间：一个家长负责孩子从日托中心回家直到晚餐，另一个则负责从晚餐后到孩子睡前。还有些夫妻会安排更长的休息时间——我认识的一位母亲会定期独自出国旅行，完全从照顾中抽离出来。在那段时间里，她唯一需要照顾的人就是她自己。.</p>
<p>每个家庭的节奏都不同。重要的是，看护者之间要坦诚沟通，并就休息时间的分配达成一致。.</p>

<h4><strong>建立并依靠一个值得信赖的支持团体</strong></h4>

<p>关于信任：从小处着手。让你的支持团体在你在场的情况下与你的孩子相处。每一次顺利的经历都在悄悄地建立你最终可以放手休息的信心。.</p>
<p>空瓶无法倒出。照顾好自己的人并不是自私——他们是在确保自己的救生衣，以便能够持续照顾最需要他们的人。.</p>
