This is a stay-in retreat and meditation program supervised by English-speaking monks in Wat Umong, Chiang Mai. The old temple was established in 1296 and is widely known as a meditation center with devout Buddhists from around the world to practice meditation amid its peaceful atmosphere and minimalism structure.
