Singapore, January 8 2024 – Doctor Heals is pleased to introduce Anthroposophic Painting Therapy to our customers, marking a significant expansion of our holistic healing services. This innovative therapy, rooted in the principles of anthroposophy, combines artistic expression with therapeutic techniques to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Anthroposophic Painting Therapy encourages patients to engage in creative processes, using colour and form to explore and express inner experiences. This therapeutic approach is designed to restore emotional distress to proper balance. This art therapy is commonly used in young children with difficulty expressing emotions, teenagers with emotional distress, and adults who want to activate self-healing capacities.
Master Anupan Pluckpankhajee, who is one of the earliest recognised pioneers of Painting Therapists in Thailand, will be working with Doctor Heals as the principal art therapist. After his training in Germany in arts and Anthroposophic art therapy, he returned to Thailand to pave the way for Anthroposophic Art Therapy in Thailand for more than 10 years. He is also an artist with solo art exhibitions, an academic writer with several children’s books, and an internationally invited speaker for Art Therapy conferences.
