Package D: Painting Therapy (6-days and 5-nights)

USD$1,770 per person

Package D focuses on Anthroposophic Painting Therapy, which restores emotional distress to proper balance in the hospital and medical clinics. This art therapy is commonly used in young children with difficulty in expressing emotions, teenagers with emotional distress, and adults who want to activate self-healing capacities.

It uses the Anthroposophic approach to restore harmony, balance, and healing with the system of Anthroposophic medicine developed by Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) in Europe, and under supervision of the certified Painting Therapist. The World Health Organization (WHO) has published its international benchmarks for training in Anthroposophic Medicine in 2023, including physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and anthroposophic art therapist.

Your 3-day painting therapy sessions will work with light, darkness, colour painting such as natural watercolours, charcoal, clay, and natural holistic herbal bath, which are specifically designed for strengthening equilibrium of body and mind.

Anupan Pluckpankhajee, who is one of the earliest recognised pioneers of Painting Therapist in Thailand, will be your personal art therapist. He studied arts and Anthroposophic art therapy in Germany, following the path of Therapeutikum am Kräherwald in Stuttgart. After returning home to Thailand, he paved the way for Anthroposophic Art Therapy in Thailand for more than 10 years. He is also an artist with solo art exhibitions, an academic writer with several children’s books, and an international invited speaker for Art Therapy conferences.

In Thailand, Anupan works with hospitals and medical clinics in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and is the Director of Inner Art Trainer Development program for well-being of children and youth workers with Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth).

You will be warmly welcomed to Anupan’s home studio in Chiang Dao district in Chiang Mai, Thailand for Anthroposophic painting therapy sessions in the midst of tranquility, padi rice fields, natural landscape and mountain view. The sessions will start at 10 am every day.
